Server

Description: Alpine Country Club is looking for smiling, passionate and detail oriented professionals. A "guest first" attitude is a must. At least one year serving experience is preferred, but willing to train the right applicant. Must be 21 and comfortable serving alcohol. This position requires serving flexibility (banquets, table service, etc). This is a great opportunity for Students, as there is flexibility in scheduling. Line Cook

Description: Alpine Country Club is seeking a highly motivated, Full or Part-Time Line Cook for our restaurant and banquet facility. Candidates should have a positive/guest first attitude and be willing to do whatever is needed to get the job done. At least 1 year of line cook experience is required, as is the ability to cook at all stations on the line. Cleanliness, organization and knowledge of food safety regulations is required. Must have the highest level of integrity, be a team player and be able to take direction from our Chef, Sous Chef and other Restaurant Managers. Kitchen Steward / Prep Cook

Description: Alpine Country Club is seeking a highly motivated, Part Time Kitchen Steward/Prep Cook for our restaurant and banquet facility. Candidates should have a positive attitude and be willing to do whatever is needed to get the job done. Cleanliness, organization and knowledge of food safety regulations is required. Previous Dishwashing experience preferred, but not required. Must have the highest level of integrity, be a team player and be able to take direction from our Chef, Sous Chef and other Restaurant Managers. Flexible scheduling available. Candidates must have or be willing to get a food handlers permit within 30 days of employment.
