Class times for each session: 9:00 - 9:30 am, 9:35 - 10:05 am, 10:10 - 10:40 am
Each class will have 5-6 students.

Beginning 1 - Introduction to Water Skills: For the beginner getting comfortable in water but still needs support. Will be working on supported floating, gliding, and bobbing along with assisted treading, stroking, and jumping. Ages 2-5.
Beginning 2 - Fundamental Aquatic Skills: For swimmers that can already float and do some short distance swimming on their own. Will be working on basic strokes with little assistance, gliding, and extended treading. Ages 4 and up.
Intermediate 1 - Stroke Development: For swimmers that can swim a good distance on their own. Will be working on improving strokes, rotary breathing, treading water with scissors kicks, and more advanced dives. Ages 6 and up.
Intermediate 2 - Stroke Refinement: For swimmers that know the strokes and can swim 25 yards on their own. Will be working on stamina with strokes, polishing dives, turns, butterfly stroke, dolphin kick, etc. Ages 7 and up.
